1. Marami Holidays Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands’ courts.
Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query on the product, please contact Marami Holidays.
On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, Marami Holidays will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the reception on arrival. Marami Holidays will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and Marami Holidays has received payment. (See PAYMENT section below). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Marami Holidays.
2. Modification of terms and conditions
Marami Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
3. How to book your accommodation?
Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.
After booking accommodation you will receive an email from us with a confirmation that you want to rent an apartment or villa at Marami Holidays with a reference number. We will then contact you again for further payment details. All prices are weekly based, from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. If your travel dates are on other days, please contact us.
4. Age and responsibility
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use Marami Holidays´ site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
5. What´s included in your reservation
The basic accommodation cost includes the following:
- Accommodation as confirmed on your booking
- All obligatory accommodation service charges and taxes
6. What´s not included
The basic accommodation cost does not include:
- Transfers between airport and accommodation
- Excursions and other personal expenditure
- Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments
- Deposits requested on arrival to cover breakages/damage
7. Payment
When the reservation is confirmed we will:
a) send you an invoice with a 25% deposit of the total to be paid immediately
b) charge this amount to your credit or debit card
No later than eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival we will:
a) send you an invoice with the remaining 75% (the balance)
b) charge this amount to your credit or debit card
If the amount is not paid by the due date, the right to the apartment or villa will be lost.
NOTE! If time of arrival is less than eight weeks at the time of booking, we will only send you one invoice with the total amount to be paid immediately.
All prices are in Pounds (GBP).
8. Booking cancellation or modification
You may cancel your booking at any time on Marami Holidays´ website. You will be advised at the time of booking what charge will apply as a cancellation fee, according to the individual resort. The possibility of amending the reservation depends on the applicable rate. Certain rates cannot be modified. Modifications involving a partial cancellation or reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to this charge. No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the amount paid. Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept such charges.
9. Insurance
You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness.
10. Force majeure
Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Marami Holidays or its suppliers.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Marami Holidays cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.
12. Disclaimer
The information on this site is posted in good faith but Marami Holidays cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and does not accept liability for any error or omission on this site.
Links on Marami Holidays to third party websites may exist for information purposes only. Such sites are independent from Marami Holidays, which is not responsible for and does not endorse the material contained therein.
Hotels and other suppliers of services on this site are independent businesses and are not agents or employees of Marami Holidays or its affiliates. Marami Holidays and its affiliates are not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or any damages or expenses resulting from the aforesaid. Marami Holidays and its affiliates are not liable for any refunds in the event of overbooking or force majeure or any other cause beyond their control.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Marami Holidays, its affiliates and suppliers and any of their respective employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, fines, damages or any other legitimate costs or expenses including but not limited to legal and accounting fees brought by you or your agents in excess of the liability outlined above, or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, or your use of this website.
14. General
You agree that your use of this website does not imply that any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Marami Holidays.
15. The Stay
The accommodation is only to be occupied with the number of people noted on your booking confirmation. If this number is exceeded, the resort has all rights to remove the exceeding number or make an appropriate charge. The resort has no responsibility for any illness or injury caused on the tenant in using any of the facilities at your chosen accommodation. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INDOORS IF NOT STATED OTHERWISE.
